By accessing or using the NGA (NextGenArabs) website and community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and participants.

NGA is a community platform for Arab tech professionals, based in the Netherlands. We provide networking opportunities, events, mentorship connections, and a shared space for Arab professionals in the technology industry. NGA is operated by NGA Team.

To join NGA as a member, you must be at least 16 years of age. By applying for membership, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion.

When you apply to join NGA, you provide personal information including your name, email, and professional details. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information in your application
• Keeping your contact information up to date
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your membership
• All activity that occurs under your membership

Membership in NGA is free and grants access to our community channels, events, and resources. We may introduce different membership tiers or paid features in the future, which will be communicated in advance.

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other community members
• Post or share content that is discriminatory, hateful, or promotes violence
• Spam, solicit, or engage in unsolicited commercial activity within community channels
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
• Share another member's personal information without their explicit consent
• Use the platform to distribute malware or engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or infrastructure

NGA organizes both in-person and online events. By registering for an event, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Cancel your RSVP if you can no longer attend, so others may take your spot
• Follow the event-specific rules and venue policies
• Behave in accordance with our Community Guidelines at all events

NGA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any changes. Events are provided as-is, and NGA is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.

All content on the NGA website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of NGA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

The NGA name, logo, and branding are trademarks of NGA. You may not use them without prior written consent.

When you submit content to NGA — such as testimonials, contact form messages, or community posts — you grant NGA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the community platform.

You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time by contacting us at info@nextgenarabs.com. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Discord, Sanity, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. NGA is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

The NGA platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, NGA and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or attendance at our events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to NGA in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

You may leave the NGA community at any time by contacting us at info@nextgenarabs.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, or is harmful to other members or the community.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify members via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
